Hello! Thank you to all the generous members of the rental housing community who helped NAAPAC raise a record $1.75 million in 2023! NAAPAC has set for itself another ambitious fundraising goal of $1.2 million in 2024. NAAPAC is already making a tangible impact on behalf of the rental housing industry this election cycle by supporting multifamily housing champions in Congress and strengthening relationships with key lawmakers. This year, NAAPAC has disbursed over $745,800 to federal candidates and industry allies as of April 2024, on top of the $816,000 disbursed in 2023,
