NAAPAC--We Need You in 22!
The COVID pandemic and federal response have made it clear that far too many members of Congress are in the dark when it comes to the rental housing industry. In 2022, with control of Congress at stake, NAAPAC’s job will be to support and elect federal candidates who will help move the apartment industry forward with proactive solutions, not drag us backward with outdated rules and regulations.
In 2022, NAAPAC will work to support and elect Members of Congress who
- Oppose limits on the growth and collection of rent and focus instead on increasing our limited housing supply.
- Oppose any attempt to reinstate an eviction moratorium
- Enhance Affordable Housing without penalizing landlords
