Our mission is to empower, advocate for and connect the diverse individuals, families and communities we serve. We accomplish this mission by addressing the social determinants of health through bilingual and multicultural programming for youth, families and adult.. MRC is the only community-based, fully-bilingual/bicultural certified behavioral health care provider that is both nationally accredited and state certified in the Greater Kansas City area.
