Each charity, political organization, or other entity may also have its own privacy practices regarding donor information. We encourage all donors and other users to learn about the privacy practices of all such charities, political organizations, other entities and websites.
RAZ Mobile is based, and our Website is hosted, in the U.S.A. If a user is from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may different from U.S. law, and such user is registering an account on, visiting or otherwise using our Website, please note that any personally identifiable information that the user provides to RAZ Mobile will be transferred to the U.S.A. Any such personally identifiable information provided will be processed and stored in the U.S.A. by RAZ Mobile or a service provider acting on our behalf. By providing your personally identifiable information, you hereby specifically and expressly consent to such transfer and processing and the uses and disclosures set forth herein.
The Information RAZ Mobile Collects

RAZ Mobile may use personally identifiable information collected through our services and Website for the specific purposes for which the information was collected, to contact users regarding their donation record, to contact users with updates from or about their favorite charities, political organizations, and other entities, and otherwise to enhance users' experience with RAZ Mobile and such parties. RAZ Mobile may also use information collected through our Website for research regarding the effectiveness of our Website and the business planning, marketing, advertising and sales efforts of RAZ Mobile, its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners. By completing a transaction and/or agreeing to complete our QwikRAZ process, you give RAZ Mobile permission to provide your personally identifiable information to the charities, political organizations, or other entities you have supported using our services and/or Website. If you do not wish to share your personal information with such charity, political organization, or other entity, please contact us at privacy@razmobile.com.
Disclosure of Information
RAZ Mobile may disclose personally identifiable information collected from users to its parent, subsidiary and other related companies, trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners who will use the information for the purposes outlined above, as necessary to provide the services offered by RAZ Mobile and to provide our Website, and for the specific purposes for which the information was collected. RAZ Mobile may disclose personally identifiable information at the request of law enforcement or governmental agencies or in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, to establish, protect or exercise RAZ Mobile's legal or other rights or to defend against a legal claim or as otherwise required or allowed by law. Information about users collected by RAZ Mobile is maintained in our secure database or in the industry-compliant secure databases of banking and technology partners using industry standard security measures, including, but not limited to, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and RAZ Mobile cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from its systems will be completely secure. RAZ Mobile is not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures relating to our services or Website by any users or third parties.
Correcting, Updating, Accessing or Removing Information
If you have any questions or comments about this Privacy Policy or our website, wish to change your personally identifiable information, or no longer want to receive non-account-specific information from RAZ Mobile, if you email a request to us at privacy@razmobile.com, we will endeavor to correct, update and/or remove your previously-provided personal data. Additionally, you may request access to the personally identifiable information as we collected by sending a request as set forth above.
